This page explains how to request deletion of your Lasalva account and the personal data associated with it, what is removed, and what we may be required to keep.
How to request account deletion
You can ask us to delete your Lasalva account and its associated personal data at any time. Choose whichever option is easiest for you:
- In the app or dashboard: go to Settings and use the account deletion option, if available for your account type.
- By email: send a request from your account email address to support@lasalva.com with the subject line "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the request.
What data is deleted
Once your deletion request is verified, we remove or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, including:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, and login credentials).
- Business and staff details you created within your account.
- Appointments, booking history, and customer records tied to your account.
- Notification and push-messaging tokens linked to your devices.
What data may be retained
Some information may be kept for a limited time after deletion when we are legally or operationally required to retain it. This data is not used to re-identify you for marketing and is deleted once no longer needed:
- Billing, invoice, and transaction records required for tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
- Records needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms.
- Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you.
Timeline
We begin processing verified deletion requests promptly and complete removal or anonymization of your personal data within 30 days, except for the limited records described above that we are required to retain.
