Troubleshooting guides

Customers cannot see available time slots

Check staff schedules, service assignment, booking buffers, and whether the profile is marked as bookable.

Booking confirmations are not received

Confirm the customer email address, review spam/junk folders, and verify notification settings in your account.

A team member is missing from booking flow

Make sure the staff profile is active, assigned to at least one service, and has an available schedule.

Cannot update subscription details
