These terms govern your use of Lasalva's scheduling and booking platform. Please read them carefully.
Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Lasalva's website, booking pages, and dashboard (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Bookings and client data
The Services let you publish booking pages, manage availability, and capture appointment details. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for complying with applicable laws when collecting client data.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance and handled through Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees and applicable taxes. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your billing settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to access data that is not yours, interfering with normal operation, or using the Services for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
Intellectual property
We own the Services, including all software, designs, and trademarks. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a limited license to use it to provide the Services.
Third-party services
The Services integrate with third-party providers such as Stripe and email delivery services. Their terms and policies apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their performance.
Service availability
We aim to keep the Services reliable and available, but they may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the security of the Services or other users.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lasalva will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and post the revised terms on this page.
